Thought I’d show you all a little before and after shot, to show how much color correction can make a difference! See how much warmer and less washed out the second shot is?
I made our special effects look this way partly to visually separate the characters in the Plane of Demons from everything else, and partly because I wanted to have them look like Super Saiyans.

We wanted to have a shot of The One Ring burning in demonic flames, so we set a paper towel on fire.
